Hi everyone, it's Juan within Bon av. Today I'm going to be covering the essential HubSpot integrations everyone should be using. Obviously these lists can go on and on in terms of cool and useful HubSpot integration, but these are what you should consider the fundamentals. So let's jump into the top essential integrations that can truly save time for any business no matter what your main goals are with HubSpot. So let's get started. Our first integration is no-brainer, and it's the integration with your email. Both Gmail and Outlook have powerful integrations that will allow your teams to optimize their communication with contacts. At Inbound av, we use Gmail, but it's a similar experience On the HubSpot side of things, no matter which email inbox you use. These tools bring the power of HubSpot to your inbox, allowing you to access all of your sales productivity tools like templates and meetings and see full HubSpot CRM details about your contacts. All you need to do is go inside the settings. Other preference, go into general select email and click on the button where it says Connect personal email. Follow these steps. This is very easy and very straightforward.
You can keep track of your conversations by logging emails sent from Gmail into HubSpot CRM with one click truck opens and clicks in real time and see every important detail from your contact history record.
For example, I have in here my email and I'm going to be sending this email to me. If I click and send, HubSpot will automatically track my email. So if I go again inside HubSpot and if and if I go inside contacts, you can see that now this contact is created. And the cool thing about HubSpot is that HubSpot identifies the domain of the email and it's automatically associated the contact to the company, which is fantastic. It actually saves you a lot of time, and you can see this on the right side of the record where the associations are.
Next up, we have another Google or Outlook integration. Depending on what mail service platform you use, these calendar integrations will make things easier when the time comes from meeting with your prospect. The calendar two-way integration with HubSpot allows you to simultaneously lock a meeting in the crm, create a calendar event for that meeting, and send invites to meeting guests all from HubSpot. Additionally, if you create a meeting event in Google or Outlook calendar with a HubSpot contact, it will appear on their contact record timeline. The third essential integration is with Slack. This one is so cool, especially for sales and customer care teams. Keep all incoming conversations in the same place Your team members communicate with each other. Get notified in designated Slack channel about incoming chats from your website. Seek conversation status with the chat notification and respond to those incoming chats within Slack. Then take action from those and terms Slack messages into a HubSpot task or ticket.
By going into more actions, you can choose to create a task in HubSpot or create a ticket. You can feel your details set due date and time. So this is today. This is a call sign to me, can click on save. I can add my association and I can associate a contact with this. The other cool thing about the HubSpot integration with Slack is that you can see all of the messages, so you can see what's going on with your account and it's making it really easy just to open a new record and keep track and make sure nothing is falling through with the cracks.
This also makes it easy to send and receive HubSpot notifications on Slack, like getting a notification when a contact opens a document, or sending a message to your Slack group when you close a deal on HubSpot for all the team to celebrate. This way, you never have to miss instantaneous information no matter which hub you're using. So like I said, the list can go on and on in terms of HubSpot integrations.
