Morning everyone. I hope you well, it's Alex here. In today's video, I am extremely excited to present to you a new beta that HubSpot has, which allows you to customize the properties you want your users to fill in when they add a deal in HubSpot per pipeline. So this is a really, really cool update and I wanna show you how it works and I'm sure it'll solve a lot of problems for lots of people out there that that use HubSpot Sales. Um, so what you wanna do, you want to go on this setting section and then go into the Deals object and just click on customize your Create Deal form like you'd normally do when you want to, uh, customize your properties. Something that you'll notice that's different is this Add Fields button. If you click on it, you will have the option now to add a pipeline logic.
So you need to click that button and click add Logic. Then here you should be able to see all of the pipelines you have in your account. So I have two pipelines created a sales pipeline and a sales pipeline too. And here I can select only the properties that I want to be filled in for that specific pipeline. So what I've done before this video, I created two custom properties, a sales pipeline, custom property. So I will select that one. I also wanted to be required, so I will select the required option and click add. So now this logic is now edited. Now I want to select one more logic for the second pipeline. So I select the Sales Pipeline two, and now I have the same type of property is just called Sales Pipeline Two Custom Property. And I'll make this required as well.
I can go ahead and save my options and just to show you how everything looks if I navigate now to my sales pipeline. So if I go onto the deals section here, I have my Sales Pipeline two, and if I click create deal, surely enough I will have my sales pipeline to custom property, which is really exciting. Then in the sales pipeline, which is the other pipeline that I have, if I click on Create Deal, you'll notice that I have my sales pipeline custom properties. So this is really cool.
