We can use lead routing to automatically forward incoming inquiries (e.g. to sales) to the appropriate contact person. We can also distribute follow-up tasks in this way.

β The interested party goes directly to the right contact person!
β The internal contact person learns about the request in real time and can act directly!
βThe probability that a request will be forgotten decreases enormously!
βIf a request is forgotten, the system will notify you directly!
