Hey, Travis here from Aptitude eight. You may not have noticed this, but HubSpot's List tool just got a facelift. It now has the same interface as their contacts and companies, uh, list does. So you can now make it easier to find and filter by the lists you want to see. So no more sorting by list size or created by. You can actually add a filter for all of this and save it as a view. How cool is that? So, click filters, you can, this is filtered by me, so I can delete this and I can create a new filter. And so if I wanna see a list that have had a change in the last seven days, or who are created by a certain user or group of users, or where the last record record was added or removed, you can do that. So if you wanna see any list where a record was added in the last week, you can do that here.
So I save that as a, a new tab. You can have record added in the last week. Save tab right there. Easy-peasy. Or if you want to by size, list it or greater than a thousand or a million or 10 people or have no contacts in it, you can do that too. And save it as a tab. You can do lists by name. This is super cool. So if you're using name and contentions, which you should, you can do if the list is like a marketing list or an opal list or a loyalty list, or a customer's list or a prospect list, assuming those lists contain that name, you can put them in a view. So a, a tab for prospects there, a tab for customers there, a tab for subsequent optins. There. Super easy to find and sort by felis you need. Thanks, hub. Stop writing this. You're awesome.

Guess what!? The Lists tool in #HubSpot just got a facelift. 😯
I've worked with clients at Aptitude 8 who have thousands, even tens of thousands of lists. Finding the right one can be tedious. This new update puts all of that in the rearview mirror.
The tool now looks and operates like the Contacts and Companies view where you can add and (most importantly) SAVE 💾 views and filters.
Want to see lists created just by you? Save the View!✅
Are lists not being used anywhere? Save the view! ✅
Lists with records added or removed in the last week? Save the view! ✅
And the coolest part is we can filter by the list name. Assuming you're using naming conventions (hint: you should!) It's now super easy to have saved list views for Customers, Prospects, Opt-Ins, and Opt-Outs. You name it.
As long as the list follows a consistent naming convention, you can filter and save it!
